You're also able to change the desktop's wallpaper by clicking on it. File Browser: • To view a picture, click on it. If you want it to close, just click on it again. • Listen to music by clicking on a folder with a song title. There will be a 'download music' function in the future. :D [COMPLETED 2/22/16] Internet Browser: You can currently visit up to [6] websites = 1) scratchedmelonbrowser.org 2) gifmelon.com 3) chitchat.net 4) moonshiny.info 5) shinysongs.me 6) smartmath.com Settings: • Brightness: Controls the system's brightness display. • Cursor: Enables cursor highlights/tracking • Theme: Changes system's theme colors. ---> DO NOT USE THIS OPTION IF YOU HAVE A SLOW COMPUTER OR THE SYSTEM WILL CRASH <--- Paint Brush (or drawing tool): There is an art indicator to tell you whether the tool is on or off. Click the paint brush to turn on the application. There are a few tools to help you out. 1) 'x': Click that to exit out of the application and to clear if you are sure you don't want to set your art as your wallpaper. 2) Paint Brush: You can toggle the running program by clicking on the paintbrush. Once you've finished your art, you can click on it to set it as your wallpaper. 3) Tool Box: This is a simple widget to help you out on your color, size, and shade choices. - Try messing with things and see what you'll find! - About moonshiny OS - With [413] scripts and [72] sprites, moonshiny OS is a very complex yet simple system that includes [7] functioning buttons, an organized desktop, music, photos, and more to come. Unlike other OS's, moonshiny OS provides [6] interactive websites that allows you to calculate, search, "chat", view hilarious GIFs, and download music. - WHY I ONLY UPLOAD ONE SONG PER DAY - Please note that whenever you go on shinysongs.me on the Browser, there are very limited options because I have to make 3 sprites for every song I upload: The download icon, downloading box, and the music file itself. So I beg you to bear with me because no matter how easy this project is to use, the programming isn't. I want this OS to become known for its organization, appearance, options, and interactive custom websites. Thanks for understanding. ♥ - UPDATES - [2/21/16] : I've added "Stitches" by Shawn Mendes into the file browser, two new GIFs to 'gifmelon.com', a time displayer, and a plugin for the 'Scratched Melon' browser (the melon slice at the top left-hand corner). [2/21/16] : Added a new 'settings' feature where you can control the brightness, and whether or not you want to display the system's cursor! [2/22/16] : There's a cool new cursor added, and I've fixed that random Cinderella GIF that happened to show out of nowhere at startup. I also included a sick new 'download' feature which currently includes one song ~ "Time Bomb" by All Time Low! :) Visit the dowloading website at shinysongs.me on the Browser! [2/23/16] : I've added a new song that you can download from shinysongs.me on the Browser! Check the message board in the File Browser for more details. I also created a power button which shuts down the system. There's also an online calculator which is basically a website on the Browser... The website you can type in is called smartmath.com - I don't think it's an actual website in real life, but if it is, that's pretty cool. xD Also, I made a 'save page' button which allows you to make the current page you're on the previous page next time you click the back button. It's hard to explain, but just test it out. :) At around 5:35 (PM), I decided that there needs to be a 'theme color' changing button, which means it changes all the default turquoise colored things into a different color! Cool, huh? Find this awesome option in the Settings! [2/24/16] : I've added a fade out transition every time you pick another song to listen to so the system would seem a lot neater and more organized. There's also a loading icon as well, which functions when you select a track to play. :) At 4:34 (PM), I added a new song to download at shinysongs.me! By the way, I'm really into screamo music so for those of you that don't like that genre of music, don't listen to it. And if you do because you're curious, don't complain if you dislike the song, because I'm not removing that. [2/25/16] : I added a drawing tool! Yay! It's a bit complicated, but check the instructions above to know how to use it. The art tools are cloud data variables so if you accidentally delete your color, shade, or size progress, you can actually go into the cloud data log to retrieve it. You're welcome for being so considerate. xD [2/26/16] : There's now a new cover page and startup animation when you turn the OS on. Also, I added a new song (The Air in Me) by Too Close to Touch. Again, it's another 'emo' song... But it's catchy!!! lol. And, I added a song indicator which displays the title of the song you're listening to and who it's by. [5/8/16] : The "x" button's font changed to Dongeal. [5/14/16] : I deleted the messages list in the library, and replaced it with some plain, white text. Lol. XD
