【ᴛᴡ! ᴋɪɴᴅᴀ ʀᴇʟɪɢɪᴏᴜꜱ ꜱᴛᴜꜰꜰ & ᴍᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴍᴜʀᴅᴇʀ】 + “So..” I fidget a little, now sitting on the floor of the alleyway with Valyn. “Youu…don’t have a place to stay here?” “No..” She says. “Uhm…me..too?” “Pfft- you seem like such a good speaker when your talking to a crowd-“ “Hey! I’m trying.” I cross my arms. A few seconds of silence pass by. Painful silence. This is weird. How do people talk to others when their not on a stage… “Where’d you get the courage to make a whole rebellion group?” “Honestly…I don’t know what I was thinking..I was just..angry..” “Angry?” “The whole thing kinda felt like…a dream. I was so angry that I was in hell I didn’t even realise I was standing there, probably sounding like I was gonna start a war against heaven.” A few seconds of silence. What did I just say? Your not supposed to trust anyone to much here, Laila, and now you’ve just dumped your feeling onto one person that you barely know and- “But I had some right to feel angry cuz all my life was-“ Shut up, shut up… “-a living hell that I wanted to escape and-“ I close my eyes. Shut up! Shut up shut up… “-I thought I could take the misery away by-“ SHUT UP! SHUT UP! “-killing the two people who [**] destroyed my life but-“ I feel my arm getting squeezed. I open my eyes to see my own hand gripping onto my other arm. Oh good, you finally shut up. “Sorry.” I mumble, putting my hands on the floor. “Hey, hey, its fine..” Valyn suddenly puts her hand on my shoulder and I instinctively flinch. “No, no, really I shouldn’t be putting all that on you since you like- barely know me—heh- s-sorry-“ Damn it, Laila. Damn it. “If you think of it like that, uh, why don’t we just…hang out more?” Wait what? What does that mean? She wants to be friends? Uh, uh…uh…uhm…… “Its fine if ya don’t want to, I’m just say-“ “UHH- s-sure!” Your so stupid, Laila… I cover my face from embarrassment while I hear Valyn softly laugh. - “So, women!” Erin looks at his eight new recruits. All of them are female angels. “Wielding an angels spear is easy to learn, whats hard is- to master it.” He confidently sates. “We’ll start with the basics. This might be hard for most of you girls, but-“ They start to whisper sounds of disapproval. “Uh—juuust listen to me now!” Erin takes out his spear and taps it on the ground. “Lets start with the basics, how to hold and fight with the spear.” Erin spreads his legs apart and bends it a little. “You put one of your hands in the middle of the spear, and put your other hand nearer to the end of it.” He demonstrates it with his own spear. “This is the way you want to hold it if you’d like to stab your target.” He jabs his spear at the air, moving it slightly up and straightening his arms. “If you’d like to throw, take your hand that is in the middle off the spear and-“ he throws it, and it lands onto the soft, cloudy ground. “You’ll be using a training spear for now.” He takes out a few sticks which looks like a spear with its tip removed. All of them have a distinct marking on one of the ends. “The ends with a marking is where the blade of the spear should be.” He explains. “Chose whichever you want.” The trainees crowd around the training spears and start picking them out. Erin watches while spinning his spear around. “Now now girls, I know yall can be picky, but-“ “Tsk! Excuse me!” One of them looks sternly up at Erin. “I know your our ‘leader’ here, but some of us are still older than you.” Amora protests. “Uh, I-I know, but-“ “You’ve been nothing but disrespectful to all of us! I’ve seen you train other guardian angels before. You don’t talk to them how you talk to us!” Erin starts to panic. “Pfft, what do you mean?” He mumbles, looking away from the angry angel. “I wasn’t being disrespectful! I was just uhh…shhowing who was in charge…?” “URGH! If you think your so great, then why don’t we fight?!” She points her training spear at him. Erin, without saying a word, makes his own spear disappear and takes one of the training spears from the pile. “Why don’t we make this fair?” Amora jabs the spear at Erin, who blocks it by moving it away using the spear. Amora then flies up and throws the spear at him, who again, moves it to another direction. She swops down, taking her spear back and flies directly to Erin’s face, ready to jab it into his head when- He halts it, sliding his hand around the stick. “You shouldn’t do that if your just starting out.” He says. “Because you’ll need to counter this.” He puts both of his hands on the spear and, using all his strength, flips the spear around, making Amora fall. “Fff…fine.” She mutters. “Not trying to prove I’m better, just saying you’ll need more experience.” Erin says, chuckling. “Yeah right..” - - I feel bad. No, don’t say that. I sit on the rooftop of a building, letting my wings rest. Its tiring hard to conceal your wings, and I’ll have to do it all the time if I wanna fit in. [cont.]
[cont.] … I sigh. I’m here to get information. And just that. No more feeling guilty. It trusted me with this. And I will not mess it up. But what she said… ‘A living hell that I wanted to escape’. Are all mortals lives like that? Misery? All these sinners have a story, a story that makes them going to hell feel…wrong. No, I’m the one who’s wrong. Snap out of it. I promised to Erin to get back during the monthly opening… But they already have a plan. To go up on the same day. Oh god, what have I got myself into… 【「」】 Pick a side, Vixen Also this might be my favourite cover so far :D Next : https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/988631931/ Previous : https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/984120213/ First : https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/982510259
