After you defeated Mewtwo, you will obtain a controllable Mewtwo and all of the starters. If you can't find any good Pokemon on the Mega Islands, Exit and enter it again. If you cook to get Pokemon, you're gonna lose a PM Ticket. There's now a limit for the amount of Pokemon you have, and it's 301.
@KHOHJC for the original project. The cooking's has a bug when if you cook it will spawn the amount of Pokemon you have, but I'll leave that to you. If you finished the Legendary Birds' Challenge, you'll have to sit through the boss battle music till it's finished. If you wanna see more progress, check this project later!
