So here’s some tips!⚧️ This one focuses on more social stuff Okay so yes clothing does play a big role in “passing”. BUT body language also does. For example, most girls sit with their legs close to each other or crossed, while guys may take up more space. This is body language If you’re trans femme, maybe try these: Standing with your hands on your hips Crossing your legs Doing that one pose where one leg is up in the air behind you. (Idc I can’t explain it man) If you’re trans masc try these: Leaning back in your chair Spreading your legs apart or taking up more room Resting the side of your elbow on objects. (Btw in general taking up more space makes you seem more confident!) Now these tips just focus mainly one well…appearance? So I found that if you curl the ends up your eyelashes it’ll make them look longer! So if you can’t wear mascara, try doing that. Also, if you can’t paint your nails, if you have something like paint you can try doing that! (I recommend posca markers) Okay this is unorganized I know but if you’re trying to cut your hair if you’re trans masc I recommend slowly cutting it over time instead of just cutting a bunch off. Don’t be too rash. As a trans masc, I tend to act more rougher around boys (cis boys). Usually I pay attention to the general behaviors of girls and boys. Observing the characteristics in general will help you. If you’re trans masc, I recommend trying to avoid shaving your hair (unless if it’s in the no-no area). PRONOUNS: I have a lot of tips for this one So if you’re experimenting with pronouns, try they/them and mix it with your “current” pronouns. Like for example: She/they.
