In a new DLC pack for Naruto X Boruto: Ultimate Ninja: Storm: Connections, Hagoromo Otsutski has been added as a playable character for Free Battle mode. This is the first time Hagoromo has ever been playable in the Storm series. There’s also the question. Was the inclusion of Hagoromo really a good idea? If you’re familiar with Naruto’s lore, you’ll know that Hagoromo is the Sage of the Six Paths, the founder of Ninshu. This is referring to him being the first ninja, making him the strongest. He’s the reason the tailed beasts exist for crying out loud! Anyway, with him being the origin of all ninjas, that would mean he would have to be absolutely broken in a Storm game. I’ll admit that I’m not completely familiar with how he works as I don’t have money to buy the DLC right now, but he’s most likely a broken powerhouse. Adding this guy in probably wasn’t the greatest idea when they already added Indra Otsutski and Asura Otsutski, two characters who are probably already even stronger than Hagoromo, and then on top of that you also have Kaguya Otsutski, the mother of all Chakra, and Chakra is what makes a ninja a ninja. Storm Connections is already full of powerhouse characters, so adding Hagoromo probably wasn’t the greatest idea because he would be able to tear through the competitive scene like it’s nothing. Unless they put a restriction on this guy in competitive battles, adding him is probably a bit much. I’m not saying that I don’t like him being in the game. I actually love it, it’s really cool, but it’s gonna be a nightmare, especially for people who are new to the game and are just getting into the competitive side of things. So, my advice is to not over use Hagoromo. If your playing against someone who’s new to the game then take it easy on them. Don’t go charging at them as Hagoromo. Don’t use him all the time because otherwise the game will be too easy for you, and annoyingly difficult for other players.
