WASD for Movement E for Laser Q for Sword attacks are pointed with mouse all different boss attacks have their own signals to let you know when it attacks The boss dialogue is to just really give it more 'personality' There are notes in the code that'll let you know how the game works Also the score counter appears at the end. This is my first time creating a game like this, hence the bizarre amounts of variables and broadcast messages. yes, some attacks CAN cancel your attacks, the boulder throw CAN destroy the laser Boss Info (I HIGHLY suggest beating the phase first before reading the next so you don't get spoiled on it) scroll down for boss info 1. Boulder Throw Cancels out bullet, 15 damage Signaled by the charge up of the attack 2. Lava Stomps No knock back damage, but sets the player ablaze that deals damage overtime, 10 damage in total. The fire does NOT stack. Signaled by Red Ring. 3. Slam The initial hit will only deal knock back and stun, however the rocks WILL deal damage. Summons 3 on Phase 1, 5 on Phase 2+ Signaled by Hands PHASE 2 MOVES - 250 HP REGAINS 100 HP 4. Icicle Drops Large icicles will drop, which is followed by a red mark (You can't get frozen if you're on fire) 5. Spinning Laser Shoots out a gear that spins, the red lines deals 5 damage + burn damage (20 in total if it's 3 spins) Spins 5 times on Phase 3 6. Jetpack Move Dashes forward, bounces off the edge, 10 damage Signaled by a sound effect PHASE 3 MOVES - 50 HP REGAINS 100 HP There are no new moves for Phase 3, just a new Backdrop. Touching lava results in 5 burn damage. Essentially an Endurance Test. PHASE 4 MOVES - 0 HP Probably the slowest phase, yet all moves are hard hitters REGAINS 350 HP Loses all previous moves, just four now. 7. Sword Slash Slashes with sword, similar to player, 20 damage. Cancels out bullet. Signaled by Purple Ring 8. Laser Gun Shoots a laser gun, similar to player, each shot deals 2 damage Signaled by Red Ring 9. Jump Jumps into the air and lands down, 50 damage 10. Counter During this state, if it is hit, it will teleport behind the user and punch them, dealing 35 damage. Signaled by Exclamation Mark and eyes change 11.
