These are the average difficulty levels: impossible to lose- -1, -2, -3, -4, etc. easy peasy lemon squeasy- 1 easy peasy- 5 easy- 8 midlevel- 12 hardish- 15 hard- 17 super hard- 20 impossible- 50 (no, like actually impossible) literally unbeatable- 10000000+ (also impossible) You can put any level you like in between those, those are just as a reference.
