Genevieve's Secret Chapter 11 "Happy Birthday, Genevieve!" A voice yelled, waking me up. I groaned. "Leave me alone, I want to sleep!" I said. rolling over. "Whatever!" said the voice I knew was Ella. I fell back to sleep and woke back up 30 minutes later. I went downstairs and found my family, plus Ella and Brooklyn, all waiting for me at the table. "Happy 16th Birthday, Genevieve!" exclaimed my mom. I sat between Ella and Brook and across from Vicky. I smiled and we ate breakfast. It was my dad’s ’famous French toast’. I love it even if it’s not famous. As soon as I was done, Mom said, "Genevieve, go look in your closet." I smiled, "What did you get me?" "You'll see!" Ella squealed. I walked back upstairs, to my room, and opened my closet door. There were two outfits that stood out from the rest because they'd never been there before. One was a shirt that had my favorite picture of me, Ella, Brooklyn, and Vicky in Hawaii. Then, the other was the one I'd been asking for, for ages. It was a cream-colored dress with a red bow and it came with red gloves, a red necklace, a red hair bow, and a red handbag. I gasped. "We got you the one with us on it. However, your grandma got you the dress," Ella said. For a moment, I was speechless. "This is the best present you could get me!" I turned around and hugged my grandma who had followed us upstairs. "You guys are great!" I exclaimed after I was done hugging my grandma. They left so I could put the dress on. When I was done, I opened the door and twirled. "You look beautiful," said my grandma, "But you should probably wear your other shirt for the park." "You're right!" I said. I got into my shirt from the girls and some sweatpants and got ready to go. We drove to the trampoline park and bounced a lot I guess you could say. Me and Ella did a lot of competitions and showing off. When we got home, we all took short showers and I got back into my dress. I could tell Vicky couldn't wait for the cake. We had dinner, chicken divan, and grandma got out her homemade chocolate cake. They sang happy birthday and I blew out the candles. Then, we ate. I put some vanilla ice cream on top of my cake. After cake, we had a movie night. We started binge-ing the Harry Potter movies. We were starting number four and I looked at my watch. I clicked the button because it was twelve and decided to travel for the first time in five months to celebrate my 16th birthday. I clicked Twilight and off I went. I woke up back in the Cullen's extra bedroom. Somewhere I hadn't been in probably 15 years. I got dressed in a similar outfit to my birthday one, but different, it was a cream-colored shirt and red skirt with dark blue jeans. I skipped stairs as I went down and found Esme had cooked breakfast already. I smiled and twirled around. Esme and Rosalie were in the kitchen. Emmett was in the living room. Edward, Bella, and Alice weren't there. Neither were Carlisle or Jasper. "Someone's cheerful this morning!" Esme said, gleefully. I smiled, "I am, in my world, it is my 16th birthday!" "Really!" Esme said. "Really?" Emmett scoffed. "For your information, yes it is, and unless you want me to spoil who beats you in an arm wrestle then I suggest you keep your mouth shut," I shot at him. I smirked at his confused face. "Wait who beats m-" Emmett started. "Not going to spoil it, but Edward knows, you can ask him," I said. I started eating when a thought hit me, they still didn't know about Victoria. That felt weird to think as my sister's name is also Victoria. I'll tell them when they are all together.
