In addition to pursuing new hobbies like music production and writing, I created a YouTube channel both for myself, but also a Burrito Men one! This marks a big step for me as I've always wanted to do more with Burrito Men outside of Scratch (Not that I want to move away from scratch). I did find myself creating stuff with the mindset of it being seen by others, which made progress slow since I was stuck envisioning what it'd look like once it's done , which caused me to not want to put in the effort. But recently I've come back to my philosophy of making stuff for ME first, and if other people like it then cool. Yes, Burrito Men being on YouTube is cool because more people can see the stuff @WhiteMiner1 and I make, but it's also cool because it provides fun new skills to learn (Video editing, other post production stuff, etc.). I hope I continue to be creative for the sake of being creative, and not just for approval or validation. *Puts on criticism glasses* People do that far too much, and it's a hard way to live, so at the risk of sounding preachy... MAKE WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE! Don't get caught up in the numbers, the approval, the adoration. That's all fleeting compared to the satisfaction of working hard on a creative work and taking yourself on that journey, finishing it and being able to appreciate it flaws and all. Favorite Projects This Year: -Trickster Reviews turned out super good, and I consider it one of my best animations I've ever made as well as one of the best written Burrito Men episodes. -World of Random 19 was slow to make, but given that WOR20 is gonna be the final one for now I like 19 being a fairly straightforward episode before the grand finale ;) -(Not shared on my profile but it was a collab) Shopping For Christmas is the best episode and I have ever made, we both agree. I think the writing really good, and I actually focused on animating decently! You *almost* can't tell which parts I did lol
