Bill is capable of dodging your playtime with him (the ball) and emptying his memory (well you have to) His stats are located at the top of the screen and whatever you do, DON'T CLICK THE WATER TANK ( OR THE BUTTON ). Bill can be scared sometimes so he might go insane (check is H, A, and I bars. "The Hiders" are add-ons that hide around the place, you get mini awards for terminating them (click) and you may change his wardrobe and such and -well that's all!
