Name: Caramel, sometimes shortened to El or Ellie Pronouns: she/her Personality: Shy and introverted, but confident around her friends Likes: fields and open spaces Weaknesses: hates swimming and has claustrophobia Backstory: Caramel was born into a group of wild cats who lived in a large clearing of a forest. She had many friends. Her best friend was a navy blue cat called Astra, and they made each other many presents. Caramel gave Astra a clover crown, and in return Astra made her a pink and yellow flower necklace, which she wore every day. One day, there was a forest fire and all of the cats had to flee the forest clearing. Caramel ran as far away as she could. When the fire was over, she came back to the clearing but there were no cats there; they had all escaped, and she didn’t know where they could be. Astra was nowhere to be seen. After that day, Caramel roamed the forest on her own. She sometimes wore the flower necklace, but often she didn’t, because it was too painful to think about the days before the fire. One day, she saw a poor injured owl lying in the forest. She had been trained in healing, so she managed to save it and eventually it got better. She named it Firefly because of its reddish-brown feathers. Then one day, she and Firefly bumped into two cats, a white cat called Swan and a grey cat called Slate. Caramel hated roaming the forest on her own, so she joined them, and even though she still missed Astra, she was happy with Slate and Swan, and they met many other cats as they explored.
