Ok ~ so I decided to put together this project, as a lot of people tend to use trigger warnings and tone tags in their writing, and it can get confusing on what each scratcher needs - as everyone is different ~ ! It also serves as a guide for what I disallow on my profile. Tw's: So, for me ~ In short, I don't need most trigger warnings. I'm desensitized to a lot of the stuff you might say, and so the literally only trigger warning you might need to put is excessive violence towards myself ~ It doesn't matter if it's in a joking context, please do add this - I'd just like to be warned so I can prepare myself. Cw's: The same applies here ~ ! Tonetags: Tone tags would be very much appreciated, especially if what you are saying could potentially come off sounding rude or as criticism - I am not the best at communicating online or reading intent through text. I won't be insanely bothered if you don't use them, just be warned that I tend to take a lot of things negatively unless told otherwise. A great example of some tone tags that might be helpful for me is: /nm (Not mad) /jk or /j (Just kidding or joking) /srs (serious) /lh (light hearted) /hj (Half joking) /genq (Genuine question) and /gen (Genuine - often used more for positivity/compliments) What can I say/cannot say on your profile? I don't really care, but I do have a few hard boundaries. 1. Homophobia: I will not tolerate disrespect of any kind on my profile. If you are homophobic, do not come here. 2. Racism: Again, none. I am an accepting, welcoming person, and my profile will remain so. 3. Sexism: Not allowed under any circumstances. I will not tolerate any misogyny OR misandry. 4. Criticism: Please be warned: I will not tolerate complaining about any scratcher on my profile. I do not want to be sucked into any drama, but if you must say something, do so on one of my projects, so it stays off of the main comment section. Constructive criticism is welcome, but again, please not on the main section. 5. Vents: Now, this is a new rule I'm putting into place, and is one of the most swayable I have. Please, vent to me if you need to, by all means. However, if what you need to say could be possibly triggering to other people, again, please do so on a project or, if I set up a place for it, there. I don't want anyone else to be triggered by the lax tw rules I have myself. Rp: Now, roleplay is allowed on my profile, just - keep it safe. Please don't include anything inappropriate, though I am fine with in rp violence and swearing. I don't want to be banned, however, so please - nothing that you couldn't normally do in a rp studio. I feel like these rules are already lax enough, so... I will allow romance, but keep in mind the ST can and will ban you if they feel it is out of hand. Please, do not blame me if something happens due to you risking it. I am somewhat comfortable with it in rp for myself, but this account is precious to me, and I don't want to be blocked myself, so I doubt I'll allow much more than one sided. Religion: If you could, I'd prefer if religion was kept off my profile <3 As an atheistic satanist, I've experienced a lot of bullying for my religion, and I would prefer it to not be the same on Scratch. Furthermore, religion makes some people, including me, uncomfortable in general in specific contexts, especially if it's not being talked about respectfully or is being forced on us.
