❄️⚔️ hi everyone welcome to me yapping about why i would be a good gwdfi manager !! some of my friends helped me make this list so hopefully that can confirm some of these things :] 1. i am fairly active (i try to be on a few times a day) so i will be able to help out, run timeouts, and help managers make decisions 2. i try my best to reply to vents - im not always in the best mental headspace to do so and i totally recognize that, but i always at least try to comfort people when it's needed and when i can 3. im not afraid to enforcing rules; ive been admin/manager of other online communities before and im pretty well liked as a leader 4. i listen to people's concerns, again in other online communities or just in general and i'm always there to listen to people and i do whatever i can to help 5. i follow rules; i've never added to the timeout before and i know how to limit myself and the things i say on scratch 6. i have a high sense of fairness and know how to listen to everyone to make sure they have the best experience in our community 7. i can deal with drama very maturely and calmly, i do not have a short temper and am able to remain calm during tough or annoying situations 8. i am good at hearing multiple sides of the same story and coming to a compromise that will hopefully satisfy as many people as possible 9. i care about everyone on gwdfi - even though i don't know EVERYONE too closely, i still make it a point to care about all of you and help however i can, and i've been told this by multiple people on here before 10. i've been here for almost a year (on different accounts), so i know how things work. even though i took a break and maybe not everyone knows me as well, i've been here for long enough to become familiar with the rules and how things are run. i hope you consider voting for me !! it's been a goal of mine to become manager since i first joined gwdfi, so it would mean to world to me :] i promise if i'm promoted then i will ensure that i help everyone as much as possible and be the best leader i can !! ilya <3 /p
