Joining the weirdcore oc party! (might have gone more naturecore than weirdcore whoops) Went way to hard on this design and actually love this character. Might try to use him in like a ttrpg campaign or something. Ok I don't know the lore of your story so feel free to disregard any of this backstory if you use him. I imagine Mary as a former amateur nature photographer. He liked to go out to the woods by his house. He was warned not to go past the path as that is where the fae live. He knew there would probably be rare animals and plants there so he went in deeper. He tried to take a picture of a lady bug but didn't notice there was a fae in the background of the picture. The fae was offended by their image being captured so they forbade Mary from ever leaving the fae woods. This was ??? years ago and over the years Mary has been converted by the magic of the woods. He is still trying to find ways to escape and hasn't quite gotten a handle on the way time works in the forest. Feel free to simplify this design if you use it! I also gave him two outfits.
