*I didn't use cognitive functions when typing, I only used the letters. Sorry about that. I'll make a version based on that later, but not too soon. I'm a procrastinator.* I guessed their types based on how they seem to me. I used x for where I was unsure. These are all based on how I see them. They aren't going to be 100% accurate. The way they come off to me may be different to the way they come off to themselves or others. With that out of the way, here comes how I concluded these and some other things. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Me: ISTP I have been sure for a while that I am an ISTP. I will be mistyped as an INTP from time to time, and may seem like an ISFP or an extrovert type sometimes. When I was typed for the first time, I was an ISFP. I'm an ambivert on the introvert side. Sensor with intuitive qualities. Always focused on what's logical and not always on how others may be affected, thinker. Spontaneous and adaptable, not a judger, perceiver. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dad: ESFJ My dad was not the hardest to type. He says(and I know) he's ambiverted, so deciding that he is an extrovert was a bit difficult. He comes off as one though, so it wasn't that hard. He's definitely a sensing type(or that's what I think). Being a feeler works for him, he's always wanting to take others into consideration whenever making choices. I initially was going to choose perceiving for the last letter, but I feel he is more of a judger. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mom: ISFP I got my mom to take a test and she got ISFP. No, that's not why I chose it for her. She's ambiverted on the introvert side. Intuitive doesn't really work with her, and sensing works more for her. Definitely a feeler, and perceiving is a better fit for who she is. Update 5/7/24: She's an ISFJ. Not big of a perceiver. Update 5/25/24: Checked using cognitive functions. She is actually an INTP. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sister #1(Eldest sister): INTx Ah yes, the first type with an x. I'll go over why last. I was going to say she's an INTP, but I needed to make sure. She's an introvert. I can tell just by looking at her. She stays in her room all day and prefers being alone. I thought that she could be a sensor, but she is probably an intuitive. Not a feeler, but could be. I'll say she's a thinker. My sister might be a judger, she might be a perceiver. This one I still can't figure out. She might as well be both. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sister : XNFP I can't figure out if she's an introvert or extrovert. She seems very extroverted when out and in home life, but she can be alone in her room for hours. It's difficult to choose. I came to the conclusion that she's an intuitive, I don't feel like sensing is for her. She's a feeler, she feels things. No, that's not why. She comes off as one and shows feeling qualities. Not a judger, she's not organized and never on time. She has more perceiving qualities. Update 5/7/24: ENFP. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brother: ESFP Easiest to type! He's an attention seeker and loves being in the spotlight. Extrovert! Focused on real life and not focused on patterns or abstract thinking. Sensor! Takes others into consideration and always wants the best for them, not highly analytical. Feeler! Spontaneous and flexible, not very organized and doesn't make lists or schedules. Perceiver! Update 5/7/24: Another ENFP. Maybe ENTP? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Best Friend: ISFx We're the introvert duo. She's a sensor, she doesn't have enough intuitive qualities. Feeler, she wants what's best when making choices, not necessarily the logical thing. I'm not sure if she's a judger or perceiver. She seems like both from time to time. It's hard to decide. Update 5/25/24: I'm pretty sure she may be an INFP now. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- That was my guess on their Mbti. Remember, this is my view on them and I didn't use cognitive functions. If enough people get me to do this with the functions instead, I will! I will anyways, but not too soon. I'm still somewhat new to this, I'm not that experienced.
