happy 8 month anniversary! it's been 8 months already what th- So, i'm going to Florence soon :D let me tell you some facts about it: Aziraphale and Crowley were in Florence for a while¹ in the 1500s.² One hot afternoon, Crowley and Leonardo da Vinci drank some wine³ in Leonardo's studio, and that is when Crowley bought the sketch for the Mona Lisa for 15 florins.² The drawing is signed "Al mio amico Antonio dal tuo amico Leo da V." which means "To my friend Anthony from your friend Leo da V."⁴ After selling the drawing to Crowley, Leonardo asked Crowley to tell him more about the helicopters that they had been discussing earlier.² ³ Leonardo also drew Aziraphale and Crowley together one day.
