This is the ringmaster Topsy Turvy but everyone outside the circus calls him Turvy. Strangely enough he strangely disappeared and so have other people and now we just see these long,red worm..things.A-anyways Turvy has a light personality with a strong whip to (as you would expect) whip the animals but..we don't see them anymore
