her name is karma flower :D she can control karma flowers, she even has some new karma flower types :D info: karma flower would be a secret campaign, unlocked by throwing a karma flower into the void river as stray. she has 1 of 4 karma flower abilities/game modes, which one she is in that cycle is random chance. she can also store things in her tail fluff, which is where her karma flowers grow from. wherever she walks she leaves behind a gold trail, and there's a 1 in 95 chance a karma flower will grow when she takes a step. she likely exists some time in between perfectionist and harbinger ( i changed her name for uhm dlc reasons)
