reasons I'd be a good manager !! 1. i am online quite a bit so i would be able to help make decisions and help with timeouts 2. i try to reply to vents, even though I'm not very good at it i still try to comfort people. 3. i can enforce rules, I've been a manager/admin on other things so i have experience with enforcing rules 4. i follow rules, i may sometimes say things that aren't very okay but i always realize my mistake immediately after 5. i try to help people and listen to them, i like having people talk to me so i can help them 6. i care about all of you, i may not be as close to some of you but i still care. i do say some rude things sometimes but most of those things are said in a loving way 7. i am good at hearing multiple sides of a story and being able to figure out what to do 8. i can deal with drama calmly most of the time, i sometimes will be a bit aggressive when I'm in a bad mood but i always try to be calm 9. i like trying to make things fair so everyone has a good experience with gwdfi 10. i've been here for 2 years [on many different accounts], so i know how things are supposed to go. even if some of the newer gwdfiers don't know me as well i still know all the rules and can help people understand how things work i hope you would consider voting for me as manager, if i do get to be manager i will be very helpful. I've wanted to be a manager since i first joined gwdfi, so it would make me so happy [craig tucker reference??] i promise if i'm promoted that i will always try to help people and figure out things for all of you! i heart you all sm <22 /p sorry this sounds kinda bad I'm running almost no sleep ^_^
