these are some reasons why i'd be a good manager ! this project was inspired by all the other people who made one of these. 01. i'm super active. since i'm homeschooled, i'm pretty much active almost all day, especially on weekdays. this would mean i may be able to be online when other managers can't, like when they're all at school. 02. i'm decently responsible. my dad isn't around anymore and my mom goes to work 4-5 evenings a week, which means i have to do a lot of housework and stuff, plus sometimes i have to watch over my younger sister 03. i'm pretty friendly. i try to respond to a lot of comments, including (sometimes) vents & comments just saying hi. i'm also willing to become friends with anyone 04. i can be decently strict when i need to. whenever i see someone breaking scratch/gwdfi rules, i try to tell them what they commented was against the guidelines, as well as report the comment. 05. i'm in a super good spot mentally. my mental health is absolutely thriving; i know a lot of people on gwdfi, sometimes including managers, aren't super healthy mentally, causing them to not be able to manage gwdfi the best 06. i get along with people pretty well, both managers and curators. i try to stay out of drama, and not engage in senseless arguments. 07. i know i'm flawed. i know that if i became manager, i may do things that gwdfiers may not like — and i'm okay with criticism, i don't usually get hurt over the internet. 08. i've been on gwdfi for quite a while, around a year, meaning i have a lot of friends and i'm used to/friends with a few of the managers 09. i once had my own studio similar to gwdfi/gaehive, and it got pretty big without any drama at all 10. i try my very best to stay scratch appropriate. obviously sometimes i accidentally comment something that's not super scratch appropriate, but as soon as somebody tells my i apologize and try not to say anything like it again.
