Hi hi! Entering another DTA today,, I don’t enter these much anymore but I saw this absolutely gorgeous design and fell in love with them, so I figured I’d enter! Both designs were made beautifully but egg hunt called to me / appealed more than eclipse. Anyways, enjoy the art + good luck to any people entering! Click / space to proceed through the art pieces! Grinding out art as fast as possible forreal General : Name - Finch Gender + Pronouns - Genderfloret | They/vey Species - Maine Coon Orientation - Aceflux (?) | Not sure what it’s called but the only relationship they would want would be QPR ^^ Appearance : An elegant cream spotted cat, who stands tall at 16 inches (not including ears). They have long, silky fur which softly rustles in the wind, adorning with bright and colorful easter accessories. Veir eyes are between jungle and emerald green, and are framed by long eyelashes, making their eyes reminiscent to that of a green pond, deep and mesmerizing. Demeanor : At first glance Finch seems shy, and perhaps a bit distracted, speaking softly and glancing out almost nervously. However, the more you get to know vem, the more veir true self comes out. Much more deep than the first glance appears, they are incredibly compassionate and caring, always taking care of others. They absolutely love making gifts and bringing things like trinkets to their friends, just to see them smile. While still soft-speaking, the big maine coon is much more talkative than before, starting conversations and keeping everyone in touch. Traits : [ + ] Compassionate [ + ] Considerate [ = ] Perfectionist (To an extent) [ - ] Withdrawn (To an extent) [ - ] Forgetful Backstory : Finch was born on a day quite unlike any other, streams of bright sunlight glowing amidst the clouds, a huge change from the rain and gloom seen in the previous days. Veir parents, noticing this sudden change, viewed it as a sign. A sign from StarClan (Take note that this does not take place in the WC universe, at least for now, but the cats here still believe in SC) saying that their child was special. A blessing. Due to this, Finch was raised as such. Privileged and always walked around like some kind of shrine. Finch grew to hate the concept of StarClan, leaning instead onto the celebration of Easter for comfort, since not only was it a special holiday close to their birth, but it allowed them time to seek sanctuary in the ever-calm forest. Peace. That’s what vey looked for. Freedom. The resounding longing for such led them to leave their old life behind, wandering throughout the calming forest for evermore. However, due to their past trauma caused by veir parents (circling around religious beliefs and ideologies) they would never be able to look at SC the same way. In the end, Finch would become a talented healer who travelled on the go, helping patients in need. (Most of this is just dumping a few ideas so it might be tweaked or revised over time! Also some parts might be unclear for the same reason, sorry :’DD) Trivia : - Deep connection with animals and plants! Adores nature and everything natural in it - Has really long claws, but will almost never use them for fighting - Is considered a wanderer of sorts, with no definitive home, but vey go where they please - Uses thermal sight to protect themself at night Birth + Zodiac : March 31 | Aries Credits : Art - + Design - Audio - Taken from original project!
