All rooms you enter will be saved, and you can change floors using the elevator situated in the center of each floor. Occasionally, you'll find a key to a random floor. The rooms will get more corrupt the further you go, so don't explore too far on one floor. (To get to the penthouse, maybe try using a God's Key on a door, someone will guide you there.)
