This is Timothy the Trickster (real name Jeff), he is a very sneaky little man with a big hat, and half-rim shades. He carries a revolver (actually a water pistil, but whatever), and one of those trick flowers that squirts water out of it. No one knows what's in his backpack, but rumor tells that he keeps his pet rocks there.
