for the dog featured studio since regular chupacabras aren't dog enough shaking my smhhhhh this is Lucien. He is a chupdog- a rare hybrid between a female domestic dog (Canis lupis familiaris) and a male chupacabra (Chupacabra brutallicus). Despite having quills on his back, a forked tongue, fluffy chupacabra fur, and a thumb-like dewclaw, Lucien is primarily dog, and unlike chupacabras, he is very friendly and playful. Lucien is a semi-important character in one of my stories (Stronghold City) from my anthology series, Terra, which I've been trying to write a novel about but it's currently on hold because I don't feel like writing currently. He's honestly one of my favorite characters in the whole book and I have given him unbreakable protection 3 enchanted plot armor (rare for me, I usually love tormenting my characters) so over the entire course of the VERY BRUTAL story about chupacabras and dragons killing each other, Lucien doesn't shed a drop of blood (if I remember correctly).
music is I Prefer The Sky by the Queenstons character, design, chupacabra interpretation, and art belong to me if anyone drew him I'd be so happy Lore: (mentions stillbirths and animals dying but it has a happy ending I promise) Lucien was the offspring of a male chupacabra and a stray dog from the dragon city of Solis. The two were mates until the dragons built a wall around the city to keep the chupacabras out, leaving the very pregnant dog alone. She gave birth to five chupdog puppies, all of them stillborn due to compilations with their hybrid physiology aside from Lucien. The mother dog died soon after due to a mix of hunger and giving birth being hard on her, and Lucien was only able to survive by drinking the milk that remained in her. When he was very small, a young dragon fledgling named Maya came across Lucien while playing in the streets, and took him home. Her father, Aviary, was uneasy, but reluctantly let her keep the puppy. Thankfully, Lucien did not have any of the violent tendencies of a chupacabra, and became a very happy-go-lucky house dog. Lucien is very energetic and his favorite activity is chasing and barking at any chupacabras that stroll into town over the wall. He had a hard upbringing, but he is perfectly healthy and happy. dog
