Yeah I don't really know why I put the ~ in there. Just looked cool, but I think I might be doing that now whenever I make cool stuff like this. Anyways, This is a spinning thing AI, except for the fact that it follows your mouse instead of a person, but a person would be easy enough to implement, so I didn't bother with that. It seems a bit fast, so if I were to use it as AI I would have to slow it down so that the player can respond fast enough.
Once again, the majestic art was done by the very talented person named me, and the background has something happening there, but I don't know what it is. Oh well. At least I'm talking about something different here this time. :D I think I did well this time.
