THE DEMO IS OUT: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/971642487/ Rivals of Scratch: Rekindled (or just Rekindled/ROS for short), is a re-imagination of the original Rivals of Scratch game. Despite the game being announced on April first, Rekindled is an actual game being worked on. Changes include: -Different gameplay -New music -New, consistent art style [POSSIBLE QUESTIONS] Q: What's the gameplay going to be like? A: Characters will have buttons for Neutral Move(s) and Special Move(s), with further details depending on which fighter you play as. Think of the original ROS with the move system of the unfinished Scar Warriors project, if you know what either of these are. Q: What do you mean by "Consistent art style"? A: On the original ROS, characters were in art style of their respective owners, in Rekindled, all characters and stages will be in the same vector pen art style. Q: Who's going to be on the roster? A: Every fighter that was on the original ROS + some new faces Q: How many characters are going to be in the roster? A: The current plan is 20 fighters. (and by 20 i mean 100 :wedoalittletrolling:) Q: How much of the game is done as of now? A: As of now, the game has 15 fighters on a playable state, the game only needs more stages and for me to finish some things in the character select and menu for an acceptable demo. CPU is something that still needs to be made.
