A short comic with Strikefire 4. just a silly lil red guy 5. an angry streamleaf drawing missing a background 6.SpotLeaf as nyancat 7. MidnightClaw's daddy issues intensify 8. A bunch of doodles of Strikefire 9. Strikefire in chains 10. The SkyPack trainees at group therapy the story behind them 1. I love the scene aesthetic but due to my parents I doubt I'll be able to dress like that any time soon. Since Strikefire is supposed to represent me I figured that drawing a scene Strikefire was the closest I'd be getting. 2. I am making a small story with my gacha characters and I decided to make an edit for each main character and Stargazer is one of the main characters. The background on this one was honestly fun to draw and I like how the lighting turned out. 3. I had an assignment to make a vision board, images were required. Since one of my goals is to be an artist I figured it would be cool if I drew the image meant to represent how I want to get into art myself. So I drew a small comic with Strikefire, I did alter xyr design a little bit to appear more like a dragon since normally his design is very mammal-like and I wanted to get the dragon point across a bit clearer. 4. I had gotten frustrated when a drawing I was making wasn't working out so I just started drawing random lines, I drew a very wide oval and two tall triangles and it started looking like a creature to me so I worked off of that and this silly little guy spawned. 5. I wanted to draw a really cool scene with StreamLeaf facing off against Nightmare where she says something cool however once I finished StreamLeaf I was really struggling with the other aspects of the drawing, the background wasn't fitting, whenever I tried to incorporate Nightmare he just kinda looked wrong, and I couldn't come up with a cool enough quote for her to say. So I eventually lost motivation to finish it but I still kept the StreamLeaf part cause I thought it looked cool 6. I don't know I was bored and wanted to draw one of my characters as Nyancat. Getting all the pixels lined up properly was a bit tricky but I'm happy with how it turned out. 7. this drawing will actually be used as a frame for a cut scene in the Destiny Dogs game. I don't want to give too many spoilers but it does have to do with MidnightClaw's daddy issues and the fact that he's starved of compliments from his dad. 8. I wanted to test drawing in different styles and also wanted something that could function like a ref sheet for Strikefire since I never actually drew a ref for him before. The T-posing Strikefire is how I more normally draw. The Strikefire with the cat ear head phones is has slightly higher saturation, I also used bright blue and bright yellow for shading and light which I think kinda worked out but made a few bits look weird, there's also the lineart I put orange and yellow stripes near where the lighting was and green and blue ones where the shading was to kinda highlight it more. The one doing the ninja pose is supposed to be more realistic but I don't think I accomplished that very well but it looked good enough that I didn't feel a need to redo it (also idk what I was doing with the feet i don't like how to feet look). The one plopped on the ground was meant to be a second attempt as what I tried to make in the last one but I think this one also didn't really end up realistic but it still looks better in my opinion. and the final one is supposed to look like how I draw when I'm drawing on paper, I typically do thicker lines on the outside and draw slightly more realistic eyes when drawing on paper. 9. This was honestly made more as vent art. I was feeling very trapped so I drew Strikefire trapped by chains, I will not go into more detail just cause I don't want to. 10. I found a base that I decided would fit my OCs, so I used it as well a base. I did alter some poses a little since these characters are quadrupedal and the base was made for bipedals. There was a fourth character that I was planning to draw MuddyShine as in the base but I couldn't figure out how to translate the pose into a pose for a quadrupedal creature so I just eventually gave up, I think it looks fine with just 3 anyways.
