He almost always runs into danger or risky situations and pays the price later. He overestimates his peers too much and doesnt listen to them very well; and usually needs someone to knock some sense into him (Phoenix). Apart from that, Percy isn’t necessarily stupid, it’s just his choices and lack of planning ahead that may be misleading; he’s very clever and can usually get himself out of the situations he gets himself IN. Percy is very agile, quick, and nimble.
