( :wheeze: ik it's a fancy project i was in a coding mood lmbo ) ( also uh the release date is entirely unknown tbh lmbo ) ( and there'll probably be two parts teehee ) »»—— . what have i added/improved upon in this game? ➵ the day cycle is literally dope > i programmed a moving sun/moon that goes in a circular motion to progress your day instead of the regular, choppy animations/slides, and the sky fades into each day period!! ( this took HOURS, okay? ) ➵ um, new designs?? > not only are there tons of new characters, but old characters ( like heatherstar, lilyflower, sandnose, etc ) were redesigned to look more unique!! plus, a lot of characters have more accurate/unique names! ➵ a bucketload of new characters > do you remember leaf from the previous game? nope- because leaf is a new character, being your mentor's mother with possibly the most unique design of all! plus, the elders' den has more than one inhabitant now- as snowdapple has moved in! ➵ improved hunting + battle mechanics > the hunting mechanics are SO MUCH better and are a bit more usable! plus, the battle mechanics were redesigned to have a much more 3d/modern look! ➵ oo, gifting mechanism? > yep, there's a gifting mechanism for relationship possibilities!! ➵ MUCH better prophecy > the last game's prophecy is literally just: "an echo of the purple flower will decide the fate of the clans. the only hope is [ the player's prefix ]" it was honestly rather lazy on my part! this new prophecy includes the same elements but much more smooth, and it doesn't include the player's prefix (i mean, unless there's a coincidence lmbo)!! doesn't that make it a bit less obvious?
