Please read all of this if you want to be able to play. In the first part of the game, you get to choose your cat’s name and colors. You should choose the pelt color first, and then the eye color, because the eye color will automatically change back to amber when you change the fur color. Also, only do the FIRST part of your name and clan, such as Leaf or Shadow instead of Leafpool or ShadowClan. The suffix gets automatically added. When you’re done with that, you can move around using the left and right arrow keys. You can press “s” to sleep, click on the fresh-kill pile to eat, and click on water to drink. You have to eat and drink or YOU WILL DIE. Also, you can click on other cats to talk to them. If they ask you a question, either answer “yes” or “no”, unless they specify something else to say. To move around, click on the entrances to dens. To catch prey in the fields, go to the prey and click down to catch it. When hunting in the pond or tree, just click on the prey. When you’re a warrior, you have to keep your clan’s hunger down, or cats will slowly die, one by one. When you’re fighting, the cat you're fighting will either attack or defend. Click 1 to attack and 2 to duck. If you duck in time when the opponent is attacking, you don't get hit. If the opponent ducks while you attack, it's the same. Keep doing this until one of you dies or you flee. Also, due to a glitch, your Apprentice ceremony lasts for one whole moon. Sorry, this seems to be unfixable, due to the fact that I forgot where I programmed the ceremony. With over 100 sprite, I'm sure you can see why I can't find it. Also, the animations are cruddy unless you use full screen. So, your choice, but I would recommend using full screen. There are two things most Warriors games creators say, and that's: "Don't just change the colors for remixes" and "Please don't tell me which cat you made." I definitely agree with the first one. It feels disrespectful to the person who actually made the game, and besides, it's such a waste of time. But as for the second one, why not? I love sharing my creative ideas. Why shouldn't everyone else? Last but not least, please have patience. This game takes about a half of an hour to complete (unless you die), so PLEASE have patience. Please?
Dear Reader, This game is inspired by a series called Warriors, by Erin Hunter. This project was made in SmartLab, and took over 2 semesters to complete. Your goal is to become an elder and live to tell the tales of your adventures. Thank you for playing, and I hope you enjoy! All of the cats except for the cats you fight and the ones at the gathering were drawn by me (but I did draw the leaders). All drawings belong to the rightful owners.
