READ THE NOTES + CREDITS BEFORE, WE DONT LIKE REPEATS OF SUGGESTIONS <3 as most of you guys know, @adoricate (alicia) a manager has left scratch and had a project where you could comment opinions and ideas for the community. unfortunately, since she left, the project comments are closed and your not able to comment anymore ideas. this project is a replacement, since i know many of you guys have a lot of good ideas and suggestions. a tip is to NOT REPEAT. things like "add a complaint box!" are quite obviously known, and the managers are already considering it. please say things that aren't so repetitive. thank you! we are taking ideas to help the community, but also new ideas. so if you have any newer ideas, like for example, "new thumbnail system" or "host rotations" are new concepts and not in the community. those ideas are encouraged! ideas to fix the community are also encouraged. suggestions like "add this rule _____" or "add warnings" are very helpful! thank you to everyone helping and suggesting
THE SUGGESTIONS TO CONSIDER 1. possible host rotations?? 2. welcome pack - all managers make 1-2 things and put it together for a welcome pack! 3. thumbnail contest for holidays/events 4. official events for holidays/seasons/milestones (christmas, valentines, etc.) 5. warnings (break a rule and get 1 warning, 3 warnings and your kicked) 6. add "dont repost a comment unless it has been 10 minutes" rule 7. put "pronouns" and "codeword" in the aes comm curator form. most people who are joining aren't actually reading the rules + desc 8. when managers go ia or leave scratch, new people are promoted as a replacement 9. complaint box 10. people should inform on a manager's profile if they haven't been invited 11. take some of the existing aesthetic studios, like "the aes gaming comm" or "the aes kpop comm" and sort of "connect" (like put in desc) it to the 2024 aesthetic community so that all scratchers can hang out with people of their interests 12. only have "hours" when a manager is online (like above/below hour, pfp hour, etc.) 13. comment timeouts 14. manager applications (like SWC applications but for managers) the aes comm's opinion of applications: 15. having a contest for thumb, and letting the aes scratchers all vote for one 16. new rule idea “follow the community guidelines” 17. manager of the month + curator of the month 18. manager makes a project for new curators called "what is the aesthetic community?" so theyre introduced to the studio 19. if manager goes ia for 2 weeks without any notice or information, they will be deleted/removed 20. curators go to managers and tell the managers if somebody broke a rule 21. song of the week, sotw: get everyones favorite songs and put into a wheel and then spin it every week 22. use something for codeword so ctrl f wont find it 23. studio to introduce managers and gtk them 24. a separate studio OR place in the desc to put tone tags meanings new rule ideas - follow guidelines - no priv chatting links - dont repost comment unless 10 min
