After protesting, Megatron notices Orion. Due to them sharing the same beliefs, they worked together to fight for freedom. Eventually Orion and Megatron got into an argument and parted ways. With no one else by his side except for Ultra Magnus, Orion’s long-time friend, Orion and Magnus created the Autobots. Soon after, Orion is given the Matrix of Leadership and becomes Optimus Prime.
