Wow- Two projects in one day, you little gremlins have been blessed. Jokes aside, this is one of my newer ocs named Cillian: Pronounced (Kill-ian) // He is the boss to Cornelius one of my other characters and is a grumpy man who never smiles. Though he has reasons for that, due to the war he had to suffer through then get disgraced by his family and banished to the lower cities. His two goals in life is to get revenge on the people who banished him and make the rich upper cities (Where Cornelius lives) and the lower cities equal. ((Sorry the cities don't have names yet-) Also- He is not a RP character due to that RP sadly getting erased, Cornelius will get his own project maybe-
