Controllers are supported with Scratch Addons. For those unfamiliar with the gameplay of Plants vs Zombies: | PC CONTROLLER CONTROLS | This game is controller compatible! Connecting a controller requires either Scratch Addons or opening this game in TurboWarp. Press the controller's home button in the Main Menu to activate. Alternatively, you can just press "\" in the Main Menu and use the controls for fun. If you do, here are the keyboard controls: - Z: Click/Plant/Shovel - X: Select/Deselect - C: Pick-up shovel - [ & ] : Navigate seeds left & right | PLANTS | WARNING: Do not drag. It probably won't work. To place plants, click on their 'seed packet' and then where you want to put the plant down. You'll notice that a preview sprite will show you where the plant will go before you click down. > Peashooter - Shoots peas that damage zombies periodically. > Sunflower - Produces 25 sun periodically. > Cherry Bomb - Explodes, killing zombies within a 3x3 tile area. > Wall-nut - Tanks against many zombie bites. > Potato Mine - Charges for 15 seconds, and then explodes on contact. Use the shovel to remove unwanted plants. | ZOMBIES | Zombies will start spawning after 20 seconds, then spawning every 35 seconds, or after another zombie dies (depending on what happens first). They can eat your plants, so don't let them get too close! > Basic - Simply walks forwards and eats anything in its path. > Flag - Spawns every "Huge Wave" with a FASTER speed than Basic zombies. > Brickhead - A Basic zombie with MORE health. | OBJECTIVE | So far, level 1-1 is the only playable level. Defeat all the waves of zombies to win. Also, by clicking on "MORE", you can play an endless mode with all the available plants unlocked, although as the name suggests, 'winning' is absolutely impossible (not to spoil but Brickheads will overwhelm your defense).
