LIKE THE HOUSE WAS AN ICONIC PART OF THE ENTIRE SHOW + THEY ARE BUILDING A TOURIST ATTRACTION BASED ON THE HOUSE. the funny bit that the house was on a real estate website called domain, which was sold by bucky dunstan (mentioned in the episode dragon, also see inside 4 image). lets not hope that they will not move in the next ep/or special (the sign). edit: they didn't!
