Fun little things that’s special bout him : he blinks bottom up, idk why just thought he should Also when he is angry the plate son his shell raise up slightly to make him look bigger Ok so he lives in a universe where humans died off but they left all their junk and so the icecaps melted and all that water caused most landforms to sink almost completely, not even mentioning the downpours so severe they could kill somebody from the speed. Because of this, animals started rapidly mutating to become aquatic, and Cam is one of those. He lives in a city that looks somewhat like New York City but rundown and underwater. I would say more but I’m currently just doing world building for him. I think I’ll make some more entries because this goober is so bhiwbisbihbshbbisbjhbsihbsh cute!!
