The character isn’t mine :3 He is a character from specifically ROTTMNT I highly reccomend watching the show, and movie (movie comes after both seasons!) because it is my favorite show in existence, hands down. A close second might be the 2012 one, but I’m not gonna just info dump about cartoons…but yeah!
