This is a calendar that'll track your stress levels over extended periods of time. You can insert homework/projects, quizzes/finals, extracurriculars, and free time, and the calendar will calculate your stress level. Once you're finished, look in the notes and credits to see how stressed you are, based on what your stress level indicates.

Anything negative: You're not that stressed at all! If there's anything weighing you down, it's compounded by the time you have to relax and do what you love :D 0-25: You might have a bit of homework, or some time-consuming extracurriculars, but it's nothing too bad! 26-50: You've got a lot of stuff going on...try and pace yourself! Give yourself some time to relax, try and be more time-efficient with your homework, see what happens! 51-75: You've got a LOT of stressors in your life, and things might seem overwhelming right now. Try and stay positive and keep working through it! 76-100: You're really stressed. You might want to consider talking to someone about it; maybe your parents or a teacher? It could just be a busy week, but if you see this happening more and more, consider talking to someone. 100+: You need to talk to someone. This level of stress isn't healthy in any way. Talk to a trusted adult as soon as possible.
