This is the final version of the encoder/decoder. It uses an incredibly complicated transfer of characters, converts numbers between bases, and adds distraction characters, all to make it physically impossible to decode without the decoder. This update was made fairly recently, but was not completed until now.
For some reason, I wanted to update the old encryption program, so I did, over the course of a few weeks on mobile. (I also found out firsthand how painful scratch on mobile really is.) Make sure to exchange the base you intend on using with the person you are sending the encryption to, as the program requires the base in order to decrypt.
