If you do not come online for three days without notifying me you are busy, you will be kicked from the RP. 2. If another country reaches your capital your country will collapse. One IRL day = 1 year in the RP. 3. You can claim 25K troops each day now. (Earlier it was 10K). 4. You can be a rebellion, however be warned that if you are defeated once you can only come back another time. If you are a conquered country and want to rebel, you will only get one chance to do so.
