◦•●◉✿ Early days ✿◉●•◦ Metanoiasweven had just woken up, the soft rising sunlight peeking in through the clear hole in the wall and speckling her and her surroundings with a rosy glow. How long had it been since? Since she had wandered too close to the Twolegplace? Since she had gotten "adopted" as the other kittypets say? Since she had last seen her brothers, her mother, her partner? Since she had given life to the three beautiful bundles of fur that lay against her? She had an answer to at least one of those questions she thought, as she gently nuzzled each of her small snuggled children. Spirit, Freedom, and Tranquil. The only thing she loved in this place. And the only things she probably ever would here. Metanoiasweven sighed quietly, chuckling softly as her shuffling aroused her youngest. Tranquil started squeaking, which in turn had woken up the other two kits. "I'm sorry my dear, did I wake you too early? Shhh, it's alright, you can go back to sleep now." Metanoiasweven gently continued to shush her children until the squeaking was finally replaced with their soft snores. After she made sure they were comfy again, she looked back through the hole in the wall. Maybe one day she'd be back out there again, running across the dunes with Hopchirrup and Fikafrolic again. Splashing in the shallow pools of the beach with Storybrook. Snuggling and sharing stories with her Momba. And she could share this all with her children. Outside. Where they belonged. Another day had passed, and it was soon followed by its night. Metanoiasweven peeked her heterochromatic eye open and looked around sleepily. Nothing seemed too out of the ordinary. There were the Twolegs' things scattered around. There were the large holes in the walls only they seemed to know how to open. There was the clear hole in the wall, her favorite spot. Her only way to see the outside world, to know it's still there. And of course, her beautiful little bundles of joy. Her kits, now 13 moons (they would still always be her little munchkins <3), were all piled together in some silly looking lump that Metanoiasweven couldn't help but chuckle at. Her precious little babies, who had not once ever been able to feel what it was like past the clear hole. The gentle breeze, the beautiful nights, the jewel tipped oasis pools surrounded by the mighty palm trees. The tortoiseshell sighed again, as she often did according to Freedom. She wished she didn't worry him and his siblings so much sometimes. She wished she could leave this Twoleg den. She wished she could finally show her children what she meant when she told them all of the stories about the rest of their family and the rest of the clans. The whole world. A gentle breeze brushed across her face, its comforting coolness making her relax slightly. Wait. A breeze? Metanoiasweven glanced up at the breeze's direction. It was coming from the hole in the wall. The Twolegs had left it open. She excitedly, albeit shakily, got to her paws and leaped to the hole and pushed open the flat wood and crystal that usually blocked her way. The scent of fresh rain from the shower last night hit her nose. The breeze from before washing over her fur, filling her with energy she had long forgotten about. The tortoiseshell glanced down at the ground below. It wasn't that far of a jump for a cat. She breathed out excitedly, leaping down to the pile of cats she loved dearly. This was their chance! "All of you, wake up! Cmon loves, I know I know. It's too early. But you'll love this, trust me." She ushered the trio towards the hole, the flat wood and crystal barrier now hitting the side of the den as the breeze pushed against it. "Look my dears, it's the outside world! Remember from all of my silly little stories?" She gestured one of her paws joyously to the open land, her grin clearly influencing her children's fascination. "And it's right here. Right here for us to go and explore it. For you all to truly understand what it's like to live. And not be cooped up in a den forever, not even knowing what a cloud looks like." She nuzzled each of their heads and pulled them all in for a hug. "You all can finally live the life you deserve." That's when the loud high pitched yelling began. Jumping, her hackles raised, Metanoiasweven whipped her head around and locked eyes with one of the Twolegs that lived in this den. Her mouth was open in terror as she saw the window wide open and the four of them dangerously close to it. Metanoiasweven widened her eyes and placed herself between the Twoleg and her children. "Spirit, Freedom, Tranquil, go! Jump, now!" She hissed at the Twoleg as she backed up, ushering her kids to jump out of the hole. There was a moment of hesitance before she finally heard them all land on the land outside. She quickly glanced back at them and smiled with relief before she could feel the Twoleg's paws around her. Hissing furiously, she wiggled her way quickly out of her grasp (+)
(+) jumped out after her children. She could hear and feel the quick thudding of the Twoleg as she raced after the cats. The tortoiseshell gave a panicked glance at her kits before she quickly shook it off and gave them all a look of love and determination. They were her children. Her precious little babies. It was her duty to protect them, just as her mother did for her and her brother. "Listen to me, all of you." She took out the citrine necklace that was holding some her head fur up. She placed it on the grass in front of the trio. "When I tell you to run, you run. You don't look back, alright?" She unlooped her blue and orange crystal off of her ear, pressing her muzzle onto one of the crystal pieces for a second. She placed it down next to the necklace. "My beloved darlings. I'll be with you always. Go, be free to live the lives you truly deserve." She took off her pale blue and green necklace, holding it close to her heart. She set it down next to the other three items. "I love you all dearly." Metanoiasweven turned around, bracing herself to charge at the Twoleg once she barged in through the large hole in the den. "Take these with you, and go. Go wherever you choose to go. Remember that your family is always watching over you, no matter where you go." She smiled a tearful yet proud smile at her children as they finally turned and ran off into the world. As the Twoleg finally rushed out and picked her up, mumbling something in her odd language, Metanoiasweven glanced back at where the trio last stood before running off. She looked up at the sky, where some stars still glowed. She smiled a true genuine smile. "They'll be okay." ◦•●◉✿ Trio Information ✿◉●•◦ I guess kinda summing some stuff up in case some things aren't clear lol - All of the Tanny kids are 13 moons, as of sign up - Each of them hasn't ever been outside the house before, due to the owner's paranoia of losing them (well uh- oopsies to her?) - They know about Metanoia's direct family and friends (let me know if you want specific characters!) - They only know as much about the clans and clan cats as whatever Metanoia knows (clan knowledge is pretty good, however they don't know about any of them passing away, such as Hopchirrup and Ghost) - They aren't set to be WindClan cats, they're loners. But if you'd like for them to be WindClan cats, you just have to go ask the admins and make sure stuff is set - Each of them get one of the accessories Tanny gave to them (if you'd like reference pictures, lmk. It doesn't matter who gets who, you guys can discuss that amongst yourselves :]) - What happened during their baby years you all can fill in, the only requirement I have for it is that you guys just have to remember they were huddled inside of a house all of their life If you guys have any other questions, don't be afraid to ask! And y'all are free to sign them up now whenever y'all are ready :D (also also, uhhhhh I'm so totally obligated to know what goes on in their lives just sayin' :eyes: /lh /hj)
