Information 1. What exactly IS a DTA? Well, DTA stands for Draw to Adopt challenge. That is where you adopt OCs based on your own art! You draw the OC or OCs you want and wait for the deadline. ————————————————————————— 2. How can I enter? First off, you don’t have to ask. Just remix the project, draw your dragon, and share! That’s all! ————————————————————————— 3. How can I win? So, after everyone does their entries and the deadline has passed, the judge/host (me) will choose their favorite of the drawings for each dragon. The person who is selected for the dragon they drew wins—and the prize is keeping the OC, with which you can do whatever you want. I also love reading backstories, so a backstory could increase your chances of winning.————————————————————————— 4. Rules Obviously, be kind to your art and others. No tracing/ai art, and of course no stealing art; it must be your own. You gotta remix the project please or your entry is not valid UNLESS you use a meme template—link the meme to this project though. Don’t steal the OC anyway if you didn’t win it—that’s like stealing a toy that’s not yours, but you didn’t put any money into buying it. And even if you did put tons of effort in, it’s still stealing. Submit yours by the deadline. It’s okay to ask for a few extra days, but don’t keep me and everyone else waiting. And please, only up to three drawings. You can, however animate as long as it is a short animation. Please read the terms of service for my characters before you enter! That’s all I can think of right now! ————————————————————————— 5. Optional WTA WTA is for Write to Adopt. It’s where you write a story about the OC you want to adopt. This part is optional, but if I like your story a lot it might improve your chances of getting the OC you want. ————————————————————————— 6. FAQs Q. Can I enter? A. Yes! Don’t even ask. Q. Do I have to do the fullbody or can I only do the head? A. Do whatever you want, but a fullbody might give you a better chance of winning. Q. What is ________’s gender? A. When I made these, all of them were girls, but you can make them whatever gender you want! ————————————————————————— 7. Information There are 3 dragons up for “adoption.” I will decide a deadline when I have a good amount of entries. Any question answers will go straight to information. Have fun entering! -I made them all girls, but edit their genders and names however. -You don’t need to ask to enter! -You don’t have to do a fullbody, but doing so will increase your chance of winning. The art is mine. I made this project because I was inspired by @Someone_isgone’s DTA. Two of these are crappy Scratch drawings, but Hummingbird is Kleki! And since I hand-colored her, it took 2 hours of my life! (Ok maybe not 2 hours but a lot I swear)
