I was doing some word building for a TTRPG I'm making, and since I'm horrid at any real art programs I decided to use scratch... Anyway since it was one scratch I might as well post it! I mean absolutely nothing political with this, I was taking real world inspiration from the middle ages and the renaissance!
Kingdom Of Brittania (British Isles) A groups of lords serving under a singular King. The Brittanians are also very fond of “Grenadiers” who are elite troops armed with Muskets. Franswa Monarchy (France) The enemy of Brittania, the Franswa are famed for using Longbows and baguettes! United Iberigoths (Spain) A handful of kingdoms barely holding themselves together via whoever is stronger than the others. Holy Templar (Think “Knight Templars mixed with Holy Roman Empire”) Once a powerful empire stretching as far as the eye could see, now its a cult like kingdom ruled by the High Council. Their capital was once the capital of the Respublica Imperialis, and their goal is to recreate the empire, but better, and holier! Frostlander (Scandinavian Vikings) Dozens of clans that form together in times of need. (In)Famous for raiding coastlines in longboats and axes. Teutanian Order (Germany) A order of knights who directly oppose the Holy Templars. A council of knights rule the lands. Well known for powerful knights in heavy armor. Kozzaki (Cossacks) A loose group of tribes bordering the Eastern Sea. Well known for their skills of stealth and riding! Kieven Tsardom (Russian Empire) A massive empire stretching farther than most maps go. It might seem swell but its really just the rich Tsar overseeing hordes of serfs. Their army reflects this as its normally made up of Levy’s and very rarely Kozzaki horsemen. Thagians (Carthage) South of the South Sea there lies a land of fierce naval warriors and massive technological advances. They are the only rival of the Brittanian Navy on the sea! They are ruled via Democracy similar to the Respublica Imperialis. Abaria Caliphate (Middle East) A kingdom known for its elephant warriors. They are in near constant war with the Brittanians and Franswa due to them believing that Abaria was the birthplace of all man kind and that it shouldn’t be in the hands of either the Abarians nor the other. And so the Brittanians and the Franswa are constantly sending crusades to fight each other and take the Abarian capital! The Holy Templar as well is attempting to invade, not for the same reason though. The Holy Council wants to remake the might of the Respublica Imperialis by retaking the land that was once apart of it. Nordriket (Greenland) Nobody knows where the Frostlanders came from, but what they do know is that the Nordriket split off from them to form into a feudal kingdom. While the two refuse to cooperate with each other, they are not enemies, and will proudly stand side by side to fight the Battanian navy! Respublica Imperialis (Roman Empire) A long dead empire, once spanning all the way from the Iberigoths to the edge of Kieven. A formidable army of shield walls and tactics, the Respublica Imperialis was feared.
