Wow... It does not feel like a year has passed So I'll address the elephant in the room; the last chapter was posted in December. Why haven't I uploaded chapter 7? Well, first I would like to apologize for it taking this long. There were times when i genuinely had no time to work on it, and there were times when I had time but just didn't do it. My motivation was completely gone, especially in January and February. I just was loosing interest in scratch and art in general. And the "when is chapter 7 coming out?" comments didn't help. I know that you guys aren't in the wrong for asking that and I don't want you to feel bad. You guys were just excited for the next chapter. But those comments really got to me. I almost never answer those comments because I myself don't know. I don't know when my motivation will come, and I don't know for how long it will stay. There were times when I would avoid opening up scratch to avoid those comments. And it was kind of on me for not updating for 5 months. The comments were a reminder of my very poor time management skills. Anyways, what is in the future for Nine Lives? Well, I am working on Chapter 7. I won't say what date I'm aiming for because I always seem to miss them, but hopefully soon. I would also like to upload more frequently, which might be a possibility with school ending in a couple months. I would also love to do animations of Nine Lives. I would really like to do AMVs, PMVs, and MAPs, but those take a long time to set up so you probably won't see those for a while. I'd like to make a project where I put all the character refs because I am going to be introducing more characters soon. I'll probably need to do a cameo call cause I'm not designing 50 cats. As for the content of the chapters, I think I'm going to focus more on character development than story for a little bit. There will still be story, just not as much.
