(Not DMC- Draw My Character) Here are the rules (if you yet don't understand) ✰You will being creating your OC in VECTOR ART form only! I will allow bitmap too. ✰You can remix this project OR make a new project and submitting the link below! Using the background's music in your entry is fine too! The reason is b/c I don't want anyone to copy other people's art, so vector art is the best option! FORM. Special backdrops and effects are allowed. ✰Round 1: A good OC! ✰If you make Round 1, make that OC into a 30 second animation.(Round 2) ✰Round 3 is the semi-finales. The judges listed below will judge this one. You must team up with some else that has qualified for semi-finals and make an animation that is at least 45 seconds long. ✰Finals: There should 4-5 scratchers left.
