SMC 2021 was sum else man. ----------------------------------------------- It wasn't as good as the early days of mapping on scratch, but it was probably the last year that this community was actually popular. Like I can it was really 3 years ago when I really hopped on scratch to watch what was added to the SMC. Now, whenever I randomly join, I just look at these projects and look in disappointment. Like you can't even defend the lack of quality projects that are being uploaded onto whatever replaced the SMC and say the future is bright, like this is honestly Brain rot atp. There are a few good ones tho, like @MpiaCheese (before he got booted), @SodaMapping1, @peptypower2, @SMKMapping, @New_Zealandball, @skyminer1593, and so much more people that I could mention as well. But they all have their lives to live, and now what's left of a really good community is now just a bunch of crappy content (no disrespect) Even People like @Greater-Hanover, @Austrian_Mapping and @Super_Mapping made better videos than some of these uploads, even if they were inconsistent. I have also made some good uploads as well (not tryna boast), and through my inconsistencies, unrealistic views/story narrations and semi-quality maps, I still try to at least make my stories a bit more interesting with unpredictable outcomes and an overall enjoyable story, something that most if not all post January 2023 mapping projects fail to do.
