If there's anything weighing you down, it's compounded by the time you have to relax and do what you love :D 0-20: You might have a bit of homework, or some time-consuming extracurriculars, but it's nothing too bad! 21-40: You've got a lot of stuff going on...try and pace yourself! Give yourself some time to relax, try and be more time-efficient with your homework, see what happens! 41-60: You've got a LOT of stressors in your life, and things might seem overwhelming right now. Try and stay positive and keep working through it! 61-80: You're really stressed. You might want to consider talking to someone about it; maybe your parents or a teacher? It could just be a busy week, but if you see this happening more and more, consider telling someone. 81+: You need to talk to someone. This level of stress isn't healthy in any way.
