here is me experimenting with videos that are 24 fps (animatic battle intro) turns out scratch is a little funky once you set your wait block to about 0.035, it slows way, way down idk why that is, but if you do in fact have a 24 fps video, try increasing it to 30 somehow cuz its hard to set the right time
