Brand: Deve/Deves (Installed by Harrington Lifts). Year: 1975. Type: Holeless telescoping hydraulic single ram with the motor room at floor 2. Slightly upgraded by Patel and Ward in Nov. 2006. Logic: Unknown advanced Deves relay logic with full memory. Capacity: 600 Kg or 8 Persons. Doors: Schindler QKS. Fixtures: 70's Deves round fixtures (Unknown generic indicator added during the 2006 upgrade). Voice: Drucegrove (No voice originally). Speed: Around 1 m/s. Floors: 3 (G to 2). Motor: Unknown Deve dry-powered hydraulic power unit. Starter type: Direct on line/solid state. Location: 96 Tall Rock Boulevard, Nottingham, UK. This is another birthday gift for MS54! Here are some very nice posh flats which opened the 3rd of March 1975. These were slightly refurbished in November 2006 and the lift there has been slightly upgraded at the same time but it's still fully original! And the lift is...A 1975 DEVES HYDRAULIC LIFT!!!!!!!!! WOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Now, this is what you call an AWESOME LIFT!!! It still has nearly all of it original components and it's still going strong after 49 years of use! It has been upgraded a bit by Patel and Ward in Nov. 2006 with an extra talking dot matrix display with the nice old Drucegrove voice, braille stickers and a new MS54-style cab wrap! YEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!! This lift also features an epic motor, pre-doors, it runs very efficiently, has a nice QKS door operator and ultra rare round fixtures! The logic is also an epic advanced Deve relay logic with full memory! To sum up, this lift is full of character and totally awesome! I thought these were extinct, but nope, this one is still intact!
