After the fall of Isotia, the remaining Oligarchs held an emergency meeting with each other, discussing surrender. Shortly after, they reached out to the leaders of the Junta and requested an armistice. After careful negotiation, both agreed to a ceasefire. On December 16th, 1992, 5 years since the first revolts started, the Thalassian Civil War ends with the Free Thalassian Junta coming out victorious over the Imperium, marking the end of Imperial rule over Thalassia indefinitely. The Junta is currently working on constructing a new council and government while also trying to bring back the original royal family to Thalassia after Emperor Philip II had exiled them.
